If you're like me, you want to know someone's background before establishing a relationship with them, especially a business relationship. So let me start by telling you a bit about myself... I was born in Anaheim, CA, but I have lived all over the country and all over the world. At a young age my family began moving, and we just kept on going. We spent many years on the East Coast, and then our travels took us abroad. Our first stop was Brussels, Belgium. I graduated high school from The International School of Brussels. I also lived in Madrid, London, and Prague and had a love affair with each of these amazing cities. While living overseas, I took advantage and traveled all over Western and Eastern Europe, Hawaii, The Canary Islands, Canada, Mexico, parts of Africa and parts of Asia. Despite all the incredible places I have explored and lived in, San Diego will always be my favorite city and I am here to stay. I graduated from The George Washington University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a major in Marketing. I wore a few different hats over the years, but it didn't take long for me to realize my true passion was in Real Estate. I have been doing Real Estate full time for over a decade now. When I am not working, my other passions include running and singing. I am a competitive long distance runner and active singer. I am the lead vocalist in a local San Diego band, and I do occasional open mics. Running will always be my one true love, but I also enjoy yoga and paddle-boarding. Going to films and frequenting live concerts are just a few of my other passions. I pride myself on providing service that far surpasses my competition. Marco Bailly


Marco is originally from Los Angeles with his roots from Brazil. He moved to San Diego back in the early 90s, where he attended San Diego State University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Finance. He was quick to fall in love with San Diego and decided this is where he wanted to live for the rest of his life. Marco joined The Gary Kent Team in 2009. Prior to his career in real estate, he was a co-founder of a successful high-end luxury lifestyle magazine called Space Magazine. When not busy helping clients, Marco enjoys taking in all the outdoors has to offer, be it surfing in the warm waters of Nicaragua, hiking the jungles of Brazil, or just BBQing in San Diego with friends and family.
